2021 Schedule of Events

May 29: Gilpin History Museum and Coeur d'Alene Mine Shaft House open for the season, 10 a.m.
June 12: Beer Tasting and History of Brewing in Gilpin County presentation by Dave Thomas at the Stroehle House in Black Hawk. Seating is limited so reservations are required. Tickets $20, call the museum at 303-582-5283 to purchase tickets.
June 26: Join us for a free barbecue at the Gilpin History Museum to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the museum, which opened for the first time on May 8, 1971. The barbecue begins at 11 a.m. and goes until the food runs out or 1 p.m., whichever comes first. 50 cent admission to the museum that day.
Aug. 21: 32nd Annual Cemetery Crawl at Bald Mountain Cemetery, 11 a.m. Tickets available soon.
Oct. 15, 16, 22, 23: 11th Annual Creepy Crawl, details to be announced.
Oct. 16 and 23: 7th Annual Paranormal Night with the Spirits at the Gilpin History Museum. Tickets $45, or $40 each for two or more. Age 21 and up only please. Reservations required.
